Overview
Generally if you enrol students for exams, you receive the schedule information as a batch, later, so Music Monitor is set up to allow you to enter the information separately from creating the exam record.
The Script
Find it at Common Tasks > Exams > Enter Exam Times and Details.
This script opens on a Find screen where you can enter search criteria to bring up the list of exam records you want to enter times for. The default is to find all current records.
It then takes you to the Exam Times screen, where you can enter the schedule information for these exams.
This layout also contains buttons that allow you to quickly and easily print lists showing exam details for the School, Teachers and Accompanists.
From The Exams File
If you're already in the Exams file (go to Home > Student Activity > Exams), you can also select the red Exam Times button to come to this layout and enter this information.
Whichever records you're viewing in the Exams file when you select the button will be displayed in this layout.
