A variety of scripts provide different email options for emailing students and parents. These include a simple blank email draft options, standard emails of various types and custom template emails.
Blank Draft Emails
A new blank draft email addressed to one or more students or parents can be created by selecting the envelope icon in Students, Tuition Enrolments, Ensemble Enrolments and many other Music Monitor files.
Custom Template Emails
A custom email template can be created and send using Letters, Envelopes or Labels.
This script provides multiple options for printing envelopes, labels and letters as well as sending emails. To use this script to create an email template, select the letters option along with Addressee and Letterhead Position options.
Then either select an existing letter template or create a new one.
Any edits you make to a letter template are permanent. Later in the script the option is provided to either print or email the template.
