Selecting this button will produce a printable list of the Music Department instruments. The computer will automatically work through a number of steps:
First it will enter FIND mode where you can specify your criteria. You will notice that the Category field already has 'Instruments' selected. If you want a list of ALL your instruments, simply select Continue at the top right of the screen. Otherwise, you can type in additional criteria to further modify your search.
It will then SORT the records by Instrument ID.
It will then go to the 'Print Instruments' layout and show the records in 'Preview' mode.
If you are happy with the result of your search, select the Print icon at the top of the screen.
Select Continue at the top right of the screen and you will return to where you started.
