A lot of Music Monitor support is conducted via the screen-sharing programs Splashtop and TeamViewer. These platforms provide a quick, high-performance screen-sharing experience, which allows us to assist as efficiently as possible.

You can download the customer-end apps for free here:

The app does not need to be installed. You can store it on your desktop and just run it when you need to use it.

When opened, the app will pre-fill a session code and name for your computer. Once the session code is generated, a member of the Music Monitor Team can initiate a screen-share by sending a pop-up prompt for you to accept or reject.

NOTE: Only give the session code to a bona fide support person.

Alternatively, you may choose to install the full version of TeamViewer. This will allow you to connect with people outside the Music Monitor Team.
